This Week in Recycling: ReMA Highlights Industry Careers at Recycling Jobs Day

This episode of This Week in Recycling covers ReMA’s first ever Recycling Jobs Day, a two-part event, which included an informational session on Wednesday, November 5 at Nunez Community College in Chalmette, Louisiana, and operations tours on Wednesday, November 12. Fifty-five students participated in the event along with two ReMA member companies – EMR and Colt Scrap Tire. We chat with the ReMA staff who helped plan and host the event – Natalie Betts, ReMA’s Assistant Vice President of Sustainability, Zoë Bierce, ReMA’s Program Coordinator for Youth Outreach and Workforce Development, and Rachel Bookman, ReMA’s Director of Communications.
