This Week in Recycling: Live from ReMA2025 with Jeremy Vang

This week in recycling we share a ReMA2025 Live! Stage interview with Jeremy Vang, who discusses ReMA member CW Metals’ participation in ReMA’s Inclusion Cohort Pilot Program. The Inclusion Cohort supports ReMA members in tapping into a population that faces much higher unemployment rates than average: adults with different abilities. The program provides members with training on hiring and retaining an inclusive workforce and then connects the members with individual candidates that are qualified for roles they are looking to fill.
